It can be hard to stop playing the same broken records even if we know they’re starting to grind.

Key insights mapped in the Dharma can assist us to break out of these old loops. Written like freedom tattoos in original teachings, these insights help open up and loosen our experience – our lives.

Join us in exploring tuning to a different channel, disidentifying with repetitive states – writing fresh music. It feels imperative to interrupt cycles of stress response and reactivity. This takes some time and dedication. With these ancient maps behind us, the support of a collective, and the intelligence in our bodies when we slow down, let’s see what emerges from this space. It’s sure to be interesting.
