How do we keep responding wisely, with clarity and heart, as we face ecological, political, and social turbulence? Central to the Buddha’s teaching is learning to meet difficulty with equanimity and wisdom.

Join Robyn in her love of the dharma, for a day of meditation, dharma sharing and the joy of community-building. These practices build capacity for embodied presence, helping us cultivate oases of creativity and wise action, and transforming how we relate to ourselves, others, and the wider world.

The retreat will include:
– Sitting, walking and lying-down meditation (guided and silent periods)
– Dharma talk
– Group discussion, Q&A

The retreat will be mostly held in silence; and is suitable for beginning and experienced meditators.
