It can be easy to withdraw or collapse, when faced with trouble.

Come and explore waking up your inspiration – to resource your connection to yourself, each other, Country, our environment. To resist further cycles of harm that separate us.

Eros, beauty, art, spirit strengthening, and humour help you stand up, light up your inner fire, and warm the edges between us.

So we can keep sparking and protecting life.

Join Jess Huon and Indigenous Medicine Practitioner Ruth Langford, for another powerful collaboration bringing together wisdom from their First Nations and Dharma lineages and lived experience.

How might we come together in respectful ways and be nourished by a deeper dreaming that practice points us towards?

Not to exit. But to enter and act from a deeper place.

The day will include:

– Sitting, walking and lying-down meditation (guided and silent)

– Dharma talks/story-telling/movement

– Shared Movement

– Group discussion, exercises, inquiry, Q&A

Some meditation floor pads and cushions will be provided. Bring your own meditation floor pad and cushion/stool if you have one, and shawl.
