*What risks might you take towards fulfillment and expression?
*What do you want to grow? And what fertile soil do you need for this?

When you’re running on habit energy, or you’re worn-out, it can feel like you’re on rocky territory. There’s not much ground for inspiration to take root. Let’s gather for a day of practice and inquiry together, to cultivate the foundations for something fresh and generative to arise in each of us.

Together we’ll explore opening – even just a little bit – to this supportive depth which practice points us towards.
Towards something stable, loving and alive within…Below the noise, from which a different kind of knowing – and follow through action – can emerge.

Let’s lay the ground for home-grown, sparky responses to what’s happening in your particular life, and in the culture.
So that you can enter your life and act from a deeper place.

The day will include:
*Sitting, walking and lying-down meditation (guided and silent)
*Dharma talks/story-telling/movement
*Shared Movement
*Group discussion, exercises, inquiry, Q&A

Some meditation floor pads and cushions will be provided. Bring your own meditation floor pad and cushion/stool if you have one, and shawl.
