Do you want to stay alive to the pulse of what matters most to you, and get behind that, in a sustained way? Do you want to attune yourself, your practice, to the collective responsibility of these times and ignite your courageous and honest responses? It can be easy to trade in overwhelm or despair when the heat is on.

Join Ruth Langford, Indigenous medicine practitioner, and Jess Huon, Dharma teacher, to explore diverse practices to collectively and individually thaw out the ‘freeze’ that can that can be brought on by the suffering and pain in our world right now.

We’ll harness different ways to resource ourselves to both stay and move with the discomfort of our personal and collective situation in a way that can propel fresh engagement.

Held within a collective and making room for what can emerge out of the unknown, deeper than individual control, we’ll open to being surprised, even delighted, by what can arise. We’ll look at what it is to open space to joyously enter new ways of responding and acting – not glazing over from the responsibility.
