Anton Eastick

Dana Details

Anton began his meditation journey with The School of Philosophy, leading to yoga and Goenkaji’s Vipassana. In 1995, he traveled to Bodhgaya, India, where the Mahabodhi Temple and his first Insight Meditation Dharma talk deeply moved him, sparking a lifelong commitment to spiritual practice.

Between 1997 and 2007, India became Anton’s refuge and home, supporting him through long meditation and yoga retreats. He participated in annual Insight Meditation retreats with Christopher Titmuss in Bodhgaya and Sarnath and collaborated with Jaya and Ajay from Opendharma. He also spent time at Gaia House and with Kittisaro and Thanissara in South Africa.

Back in Australia, Anton pursued training in Hakomi Therapy, a Buddhist and Taoist-based body-centered approach. His studies expanded to Eco-Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Voice Dialogue, and Relationship Therapy. He has also explored plant medicines, shamanic practices, Yoga, Qigong, and leadership training with Pathways to Manhood.

Influenced by teachers such as James Baraz, Reggie Ray, and Robert Masters, Anton brings a practical, open-minded approach to healing, growth, and spiritual development.
